hai last sunday i done cxr mobile for 1 pregnant pt 19th week. so hwo the dose to the baby and mum???? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Less than a flight from Johannesburg to London. There are many variables but unlikely to be more than 1 week of background radiation. So the amount of radiation received in the 18th week will be given to her in the 19th week + what they would already get in the 19th week.

As such, by the end of the 20th week, they should have no more than the amount of radiation that they would have had by the end of the 21st week. Effective dose may well be different however especially considering the cellular activity. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
