Hi,

What are you having trouble with? I've never heard of or seen anybody use positioning aids for X-raying feet. It's probably best to avoid using positioning aids on feet anyways to minimize transfer of bacteria.

You can still using compensating filters, the give a higher signal to noise ratio and less skin does. Do you find this valuable?
