starting wage as a pool $24/hr @hospital working surgery, ER, weekends, nights, rotating shifts, etc
permanent fulltime clinic tech $16/hr @family practice clinic, no busy, no nights, no holidays, no weekends
current salary $52,000/year as rad tech and office manager at larger family practice clinic no nights weekends or holidays
level of education: bachelor's degree from local university (not on-line), minor in health and nutrition
