Thanks mate. Needed a clear explanation of oblique C-spine marker placement. Do you find this valuable?

First thing to remember is the placement of marker on the correct anatomical side. That means you have to place 'R' on right side and vice verca. But some radiologists prefer to see the marker which indicates the foramina demonstrated. e.g. 'R' marker if right side intervertebral foramina is demonstrated and 'L' marker if left intervertebral foramina is indicated. Therefore it would be ideal if you choose the marker of the side which foramina will be demonstrated and place it on the correct anatomical side.
