Just a quick question - I am having trouble finding the button artifact in image 13a, is it an actual button?

Hi Xraydude,
It's above and to the right (patient's right) of the tip of the NGT between the 9th and 10th posterior ribs. It appears as a faint oval shape with two black dots.
