Dear Sir,
Greetings from Bhutan, I am happy to learnt from your wesite, Since long tomes back I was searching such this types of website. I have seen and tied to take degital photo image many times from local market.but there may be gone someting wrong when taking iamgehoto of 600x600, given in wesite www.dvlotter.state.gov. Sir, if there is any possibilities, please let me know the free softwear of same website.,so that I can install in in my computer and make the image phot esily. good free image editing software is
photoscape http://www.photoscape.org and paint.net http://www.getpaint.net/
