Lat wrist with arm abducted.

We have started doing this at our site. The reaction to the reasoning, among the seasoned techs, is truly amazing.
We have also been aiming at aligning the anterior aspect of the pisiform and the scaphoid in order to produce a true lat wrist. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
