Make sure you position mid way between mid-coronal and posterior back. Make sure there is 1 /12" light above shoulders and take into account any excessive kyphotic curve. The cassette we use in a 17X14 lenghtwise. Works everytime. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
