Radiation Safety in Fluoroscopy / Image Intensifier Procedures
Hi everyone,
I recall seeing a diagram once that showed the best area to stand during screening procedures. I roughly remember it as being a "figure-8" radiation field, with the safest place to stand being behind the Radiologist or lead curtain. The highest being near the patient's head and feet, due to scatter.
Is anybody able to cast any information on this?
Thank you
