Is this normal or pathology

Has anyone seen this before on a lateral cervical spine? I was thinking it was calcified cricoid cartilage, but is this considered a pathology or normal? 35 year old presented with herniated cervical discs (4 and 5) and some spinal stenosis according to MRI. The projection was taken for this purpose but I was curious about these other structures I haven't seen before. Thanks!
