Make sure you position mid way between mid-coronal and posterior back. Make sure there is 1 /12" light above shoulders and take into account any excessive kyphotic curve. The cassette we use in a 17X14 lenghtwise. Works everytime.

what is the best way to know if you have all the t-spine when you shoot a lateral t-spine?
