IntroductionSome institutions have adopted the lateral scapula view as a routine projection for shoulder trauma radiography. Other institutions strictly forbid the lateral scapula view for shoulder trauma radiography. This page examines two cases which are arguably instructive in this debate.

Shoulder Fracture Dislocation
