  • Rotator cuff tendons for:
    • Fibre continuity
    • Homogenicity
    • Contour deformity
    • Presence of fluid / calcifications
    • Insertions fro bony irregularity
    • impingement on dynamic assessment
  • Bursae for lumen distension / presence of fluid
  • Biceps tendon for subluxation
  • Ac joint dynamic assessment
  • Glenoid for joint effusion
  • Comparison with non-symptomatic shoulder
Documentation:
  • Biceps tendon transverse /longitudinal
  • Subscapularis tendon
  • Supraspinatus tendon
    • Longitudinal Anterior / Mid / Posterior
    • Transverse Anterior / Mid / Posterior
  • Infraspinatus tendon
  • Teres Minor / post glenoid labrum
  • Corachoid-acromial ligament
  • Acromio-clavicular joint
  • Measurement of thickness of supraspinatus trans mid
  • Clipstore of dynamics
    • Subscapularis in external/internal rotation
    • Supraspinatus long in abduction
