Here's my client's scenario..'she's been married for 12 yrs with a man who lost his patience over her continued failure to conceive ...so he had other children out of wedlock. The problem is she gets regular periods (she's 37yrs)... has done HSG's and been told there's no problem. she's nulliparous, we did an U/S scan and found nothing abnormal.so she is wondering why she has failed to conceive- considering that this is Africa and her problem is known throughout the entire village'
so am asking if i should consider doing an x-ray of the sella-turcica ,, or i should go on and advise her to go straight for hormonal therapy...please offer direction or guidance . |
