This 31 year old female presented to the Emergency Department with fever, left pleuitic chest pain and left lung 'crackles'.
There is a dense retrocardiac opacity (black arrows) with at least one airbronchogram line (grey arrow)
There is abnormal lretrocardiac ung opacity
The appearances are consistent with LLL consolidation.
