PA Erect Projection
This 76 year old lady presented to the Emergency Department with a 2 month history of productive cough.
On examination she was reported to have bilateral ronchi
The PA chest image shows some loss of visualisation of the left heart border of uncertain cause (can be normal finding).
The lateral chest demonstrates collapse/consolidation within the lingular segment of the left upper lobe.
