Introduction
These cases are intended to be used as education materials. There are intentionally no answers. The objective is to provide teaching and test cases where the radiographers cannot "look up the answers on the Internet ". This case is suitable for an experienced radiographer.

This case is not easy- suitable case for experienced MSK/trauma radiographers

Presentation
This 18 year old boy has presented to the Emergency Department. He has been referred for knee radiography with the following clinical information

"-running up a tree
-fell down
-landed on both feet
-right knee gave way
-very swollen tender
-PH right patella dislocation
-unable to weightbear
"
