This patient was involved in a fight and received several blows to the face. Both maxillary sinuses demonstrate opacificationThe patient's swollen right cheek produces a veiling opacity over the maxilla. The blood associated with the right maxillary fracture produces an air/fluid level. The mucous retention cyst is a non-acute incidental finding.
