This case can be answered at different levels from student radiographer to advanced radiographer practitioner or reporting radiographer.

Presentation
This 51 year old lady has presented to the Emergency Department. She has been referred for ankle radiography with the following clinical information

"cerebellar spinal ataxia
frequent falls
twisted/fell on right ankle
uncontrolled increase in pain both malleolus
"
